You can add a settlement account directly in the process of withdrawal:
Click on ‘Withdraw’, if you don’t have a settlement account, you’ll see a screen where you can add the basic details such as account number, account holder name, IFSC & bank details.
We’ll quickly verify the account by doing a penny drop and if all the details you entered are correct, you’d be automatically directed to the amount screen where you can enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
In the unlikely event where the settlement account details you entered are not matching as per our auto-verification process, we’d take additional 2 working days to verify the settlement account.
Once verified, you can click on withdraw to reach the amount screen where you can enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
In case the settlement account details you entered are not matching when we do our manual verification, we’ll give you the option to add another settlement account for up to two more times.
