If you have own a Private Limited Company, it is quite smooth to get an account with Open. You just need to fill in some basic information like your full name, your work email address, your contact number, and the password that you would like to keep. 


Now just click on ‘Sign Up’ and enter the OTP to verify that it’s you. 


Then just fill in the basic details about your business like Business PAN, CIN, Date of incorporation, business turnover, etc.


Now you have 2 options either you can go straight to Open dashboard or to complete the KYC and explore the amazing features of Open.



If you choose to complete the KYC then you will be directed to the below page where you can add details about your business. Now you just need to complete your KYC by uploading the documents as required by your business type.


After this just select to opt for cheque book or not.



What are the documents required?



In order to get an account with Open for a Private Limited Business, all you need to do is get the KYC done for the directors. For this, you need documents like PAN card, address proof, some basic information, a recent photograph, and signature. 


Next, you need to give details of the registered business address.


Next, you need to fill the details of the business PAN card and business address proof. If you are opening the account on behalf of directors then you would require ‘Letter of Authorization’. Along with this, you need to attach 2 separate verification KYC documents. These documents can be any 2 of these below mentioned documents:

  1. Telephone bill

  2. Property tax receipt

  3. Registration Certificate

  4. Trade License

  5. License issued by Municipal Authority

  6. GST certificate

That’s it and you are all set to open an account.
