With payment links, you can simply send a link to your Customer after adding the customer along with the requested amount and collect the payment via multiple payment modes. Here are the steps to generate a payment link:
1. Go to 'Payments' in the left side panel and click on 'Collect'.
2. Click on 'Payment Link'.
3. Click on 'Create'. You will then land on the Payment Link screen. Here, you would need to provide the 'Customer’s Name' , the 'Amount' you’re requesting, and the 'Income Category'.
4. You can also enable 'Recurring Payments' and 'Partial Payments' by enabling the toggle button on right tab.
5. Once you’ve set up the payment link, click on 'Submit Request'. And that’s it you have requested money via a payment link. Now, your customer would receive a link via Email & SMS to pay the said amount.
