Yes, you can send payment reminders to customers on Open. Just visit the’ Sales Invoice’ section available under the ‘Sales’ tab .Then click on ፧ (edit icon) corresponding to the customer and click on ‘Send reminder’ or just click on the box corresponding to the customer name and click on ‘Send Reminder’
