A Merchant can lodge a complaint in one or all of the following ways:


Option 1 - Email


Merchants can directly write an email to letstalk@open.money 


Option 2 - Help Center

Merchants can visit the open.money website and lodge a complaint through the web portal by following the below-mentioned steps.

  • Step 1 - Visit https://open.money 
  • Step 2 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Help Center’
  • Step 3 - Click on ‘New support Ticket’
  • Step 4 - Complaint/Query registration form will be displayed 
  • Step 5 - Select Merchant as Your Role
  • Step 6 - Enter your registered email address
  • Step 7 - Enter the subject and description of the complaint
  • Step 8 - Then select the category and click on submit
  •  

Option 3 - Chat Support 

Merchants can initiate chat once they login to the Open Money dashboard by following the steps as below:

  • Step 1 - Login to the Open Money platform with the registered credentials
  • Step 2 - Click on the chat button which is available at the bottom right corner to initiate a chat with the support team directly.
