A Customer can lodge a complaint in one or all of the following ways:
Option 1 - Email
Customers can directly write an email to [email protected]
Option 2 - Help Center
Customers can visit the open.money website and lodge a complaint through a web portal by following the below-mentioned steps
- Step 1 - Visit https://open.money
- Step 2 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Help Center’
- Step 3 - Click on ‘New support Ticket’
- Step 4 - Complaint/Query registration form will be displayed
- Step 5 - Select Customer as Your Role
- Step 6 - Enter your email address
- Step 7 - Enter the subject and description of the query
- Step 8 - Then select the category and click on submit
