A Customer can lodge a complaint in one or all of the following ways:


Option 1 - Email

Customers can directly write an email to letstalk@open.money

 

Option 2 - Help Center

Customers can visit the open.money website and lodge a complaint through a web portal by following the below-mentioned steps

  • Step 1 - Visit https://open.money 
  • Step 2 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Help Center’
  • Step 3 - Click on ‘New support Ticket’
  • Step 4 - Complaint/Query registration form will be displayed 
  • Step 5 - Select Customer as Your Role
  • Step 6 - Enter your email address
  • Step 7 - Enter the subject and description of the query
  • Step 8 - Then select the category and click on submit
