Yes, while processing a bulk payout, the registered mobile number with the bank will receive the OTP for a Single Admin current account. If the maker-checker is enabled for your account, the maker's OTP will be sent to the initiator's (Admin's) registered mobile number, and the checker will receive the approval request in the net banking portal.
