While the payments received through the UPI Mode are settled instantly. The payments received through other modes like IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS are settled as per the bank’s standard timelines.
Our standard settlement cycle is 'T+2 working days', with T being the date of transaction. This implies that payments would be settled to the Open pay account after 2 working days.
Transaction amount (minus the Fees, as applicable) will be settled to your Settlement Account. If it’s an invoice or payment gateway transaction it will take 2 working days to process the settlement. Please note that working days do not include second and fourth Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.
